Joseph hosted an open house on a Sunday and then did not allow attendees a reasonable opportunity to submit their own offers. That was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and based on this interaction, I would not recommend working with him.

So thankful to have worked with Joseph. This was our first time buying a home and it was full of unknown obstacles. Every inch along the way Joseph was above helpful and always working for a resolution, even after hours. He provided referrals for Lenders, Inspectors, and Heating repair that turned out to all be amazing to work with as well. While the process of buying a home was not easy, I fear without him guiding and assisting us we would not have had as good of an outcome. Truly amazing to work with!

He was there whenever we had a question. Got us the most for our house. Awesome agent!! Highly recommend working with him. Helped with the design of our new house.. very approachable when we had specific questions
