We felt very comfortable with Jonathan as soon as we met him. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, helpful and anything else you could want in a real estate agent. The listing and sale of our house went so smoothly and quickly, and Jonathan was always available to answer any questions we had and address any concerns. What can be a very stressful process was made much easier with his help and guidance. We highly recommend Jonathan!

I have been working with Jonathan Perea more than five years, I never have any moment want to find other agent. Working with him is the best experience I’ve ever had.Jonathan is always nice. He is professional, easy to communicate, quick response. He helped us rent the house ,manage the house, find proper handyman, landscaper and contractor etc. Even we are not in CA, we still feel safe to have him manage and sell the house. If we want to see the house condition, he will kindly help us take pictures and videos, we feel thankful that he could do this for us.Jonathan has an amazing team, they work fast, cater to what you are looking for, extremely knowledgeable and very patient with educating us on the process and next steps. He guided me with all paperworks. He respect us as well on our decisions and care about our concerns. If we have any questions, we will definitely get a quick answer. He always has our back. Came with the best presentation and sold us on how he was going to market and list the home. Overall he worked like a team member and kept us up to date every step of the way. He had to constantly fight with the buyers agent Chris Stanford with Reality one Group empire as she had 60 days to close on the property but failed to follow the contract dates. She was late on home inspection, appraisal and closing, costing us thousands of dollars and not even an apology. I will be filling a complaint against her and her office and will not recommend them to anyone. Jonathan was always professional but firm on the buyers agent but still got no assistance from them. I thank him for his dedicated work

What a pleasure to have worked on our 1st home purchase with Jonathan. Smoothest proccess that i have ever done literally. From day 1 very clear with everything, Communication like no other. He was able to accomodate his schedule to our needs when we need it something wether it was a call or a bunch of texts from us asking a bunch of questions he was always very clear about everything. He went off of his way when we got the news and met us late in the evening to celebrate on our purchase. It is very rare to find a honest man that is so dedicated to what he does and you can just get the feeling that he loves what he does.
