We have been fortunate in finding Jon Gillespie as our realtor. From the beginning, Jon had been proactive and professional in representing my husband and myself as sellers of our rental property in Loganville, GA. Jon took care of all our needs and kept us up to date with each potential buyers until we finally got a solid offer on the house. Throughout the escrow process, Jon kept us abreast of all the progress and issues encountered along the way. What was supposed to be a one month escrow ended up 2 months but Jon fought for us on his own accord obtaining additional seller’s credit for each delay incurred by the buyers. He had been transparent with all the ups and downs with the progress regarding the sale and stuck with us till the end. He had been patient and diligent and remained professional through out the whole process. I would highly recommend Jon for any real estate sale in GA.

Jon Gillespie is a very patient and helpful realtor - highly recommended. Very few realtors I've worked with have taken the time or gone the extra mile as Jon did as we searched for our latest home.

Jon did an outstanding job assisting with the sale of our townhouse. Jon provided great insight into pricing the property right, working with contractors to get repairs done, getting the house in shape before the listing and following through with the sale as well. Definitely recommended given Jon's local expertise and acumen in real estate. Thanks a lot Jon!

I partnered with Jon Gillespie (Realtor, Excalibur Homes) to develop and execute a strategy to sell a rental property and acquire another in Georgia via the 1031 Exchange process. I quickly learned that he is genuine, very knowledgeable, takes pride in his craft, and truly focuses on his client’s needs and goals. I don’t reside in the state of Georgia, so I depended heavily on Jon’s local market familiarity, research, and feedback. His diligence and thought leadership were priceless in helping to simplify the process and in helping me to make important decisions along the way. Oh, did I mention he’s an excellent communicator? Bottom line, I look forward to partnering with him again in the future as I continue to reevaluate my real estate investments and/or needs.
