Jonathan did an outstanding job assisting us finding a property for us to invest while living thousands of miles away. Jonathan understood what we wanted and what we were looking for. He responded quickly and was available to text which was a plus for us. He viewed home alone that we were interested in., and he never gave us his input before viewing the property nor did he ever pause from seen a home. I sent him 10 home and in two days he sent them all over and assisted us in possible offer we should submit. We were able to close on a home in less than 2 weeks. I would highly recommend him to everyone who is ready to buy.

JC listed our home on a Friday and had it under contract in under 48 hours after only two viewings. We then closed on our home a month later. The process was seamless and he answered any and all questions we had throughout the process. We will definitely use JC in the future for ALL of our home buying/selling needs.

Jonathan was amazing in dealing with a very difficult realtor from the Seller side. His knowledge of the process allowed us to navigate through her roadblocks. Additionally, after the sale, he was a real friend by helping us pick up some furniture with his truck/trailer and moving it in. Finally, he has continued to help us with his connections to get a quality plumber and HVAC specialists. I recommend Jonathan in the highest possible terms.
