Jolie was with us every step of the way during a very difficult probate sale. Her personal integrity and willingness to go that extra mile are beyond reproach and she has a team of extraordinary people in all aspects of the sales process who get the job done. Since we were out of state and if we needed something for repair service or storage or any service, Jolie was there had the answer. Of all the agents we vetted she was the best and did not disappoint even in a difficult market.

Five Stars Isn’t Enough for Jolie! Working with Jolie to sell my cabin in Idyllwild was one of the best decisions I could have made. From start to finish, she demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, experience, and integrity. The transaction itself was not simple. The buyer’s agent was inexperienced and often unsure of how to move things forward, yet Jolie handled every challenge with remarkable patience and competence. She seamlessly stepped in when necessary, effectively doing the work of both agents all while representing my interests with excellence. Watching her navigate that situation with calm confidence was truly impressive. What sets Jolie apart is trust. Every recommendation she made from pricing strategy to negotiation tactics was thoughtful and strategic. I never once second-guessed her guidance because I knew she genuinely had my best interest at heart. That kind of confidence in your realtor is priceless. Her marketing was also outstanding. Jolie is absolutely THE best. Words do not suffice. I have purchased before with other agents and I always was the one driving the homes we saw and they were neither attentive nor responsive. Jolie took time to get to know my style and life and what I needed and found me a home that at first glance I might have ruled out, but was so beyond perfect for me. I fell in love with it. She always makes you feel like the process is moving quickly and efficiently and will stand up for you. Even after the purchase had ended she has helped me more than a couple time with some advance and even intervened when the previous owner resurfaced. Jolie's service and energy is unprecedented. You cannot go wrong with her as your agent.

I recently hired Jolie to sell my home, and I was extremely impressed by how well it was marketed leading to a quick sale at the price i was looking for. What was even more impressive was how she was able to make this happen during a pandemic, as if it were simply another day at the office. Watching Jolie work was like watching a conductor guide an orchestra - as a client i could simply sit back and enjoy the music. I highly recommend her!

My wife and I have sold many homes actually this is probably number six on the list. Without a doubt Jolie he was the most experienced dedicated competent Realtor we have ever dealt with. Our home sold within 60 days out. We couldn’t have been more pleased. I highly recommend jolie and Windemere in Palm Desert to anyone thinking about selling there home. In the desert she is top notch, five star, realtor of the year in my book.
