We couldn’t have had a more seamless experience working with John on buying our new home! My family and I were getting ready to buy and sell simultaneously, an experience we were new to and a bit worried about. With John’s help we were able to stage & put our home up for sale, schedule over 60 showings in one weekend and bring in over 15 offers. With his expert advise we choose the perfect offer and aligned everything with the closing date for our new home- which he was also coordinating the sale of- without skipping a single beat. John Zubretsky made the process of finding, showing, and purchasing a house as a first time home owner seamless and exciting. He was very knowledgeable about each house he showed us along with answering every question I had. John was easy to contact at all times and created such a flexible schedule to show me a house whenever I saw one available on the market.
