Andy and Kate did an excellent job of selling our home. We couldn’t be more satisfied. Andy was very knowledgeable with both the area and what homes were going for in our area. Kate did an awesome job of keeping us informed and answering any questions we had. We would definitely work with both of them again.

Mike was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish in the home buying process. I happened to be matched with him through Zillow out-of-state when I was in the initial stages of moving back to Minnesota. I feel very lucky to have connected with him for the following reasons. First, Mike is incredibly kind and sought to understand my personality and my vision of "my ideal house." Other realtors I've worked with try to sell you the "best house," and don't try to understand where you fit best/what you're comfortable buying. There was a house I toured that I thought I liked, but it wasn't in the neighborhood I had originally envisioned. Mike did not pressure me, but mainly showed me other options and accurately assessed that I'd be much happier in the neighborhood I truly wanted. This interaction was one of several that led me to my dream house in Mac Groveland. Secondly, Mike has incredible knowledge of the negotiation process. My offer was selected out of multiple offers due to Mike's knowledge of the what the seller was really looking for. I trusted him throughout because he was clear, explained his reasoning, and always left plenty of time for questions/indecisiveness. Finally, Mike has a connection for everyone you might need in the home buying/repair/maintenance business. All of his connections I've utilized (electrician, fencing, insurance) were all significantly more reasonable than other options. Even more important, they have been all very communicative, not condescending (key as a single woman), and responsive - just like Mike! Mike went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable and treating me with respect. I can't recommend him enough!

Overall, our experience with Steve as our realtor was exceptional. From the moment we started our home search to the final stages of purchasing our first home, Steve guided us with expertise and patience. One of Steve's greatest strengths was his patience. He took the time to explain every aspect of the home-buying process during his first time home buyer consultation. This made sure we were fully informed and comfortable with our options and decisions. He started everything by giving us expectations about what was going to happen from the start to end of this homebuying process, along with what our goals were with the future house. His attention to detail was remarkable, as he adeptly pointed out both red flags and positive signs in properties we viewed. What stood out the most was Steve's commitment to our best interests. He never pressured us into making a decision and always respected our preferences. Instead, he provided invaluable guidance and support whenever we sought his advice. His communication skills were excellent; we always felt heard and understood throughout the entire process. Steve was proactive in keeping us updated and clarifying any uncertainties, which significantly reduced our stress levels. Moreover, Steve's flexibility was a tremendous asset. He accommodated our busy schedules without hesitation, demonstrating a genuine understanding of our circumstances. Importantly, he fostered a warm and friendly relationship with us, treating us more like friends than mere clients. This personal touch made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable. In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend Steve to anyone in search of a reliable and personable realtor. His professionalism, integrity, and dedication to his clients make him a standout choice. My fiancé and I are grateful for his assistance and will undoubtedly refer our friends and family to him in the future.

We are so grateful to have gotten to work with Mike! He was attentive to our needs, did a great job with offer/negotiation, and has gone above and beyond with contractor recommendations and helping us with immediate home projects.
