Appreciated working with John with his vast knowledge of all aspects of real estate and his amazing team. John did a superb job advising me on the best strategy for selling my home. His knowledge of the market at the Trilogy is unmatched, and he made several key recommendations that best positioned the house for sale at a market leading price. John also found the best buyer from among his many contacts in the area, and deftly managed the communication between the parties. John also found the best handyman, and various service professionals to renovate the house prior to listing. I strongly recommend John for either the buy or sell side of the real estate market, particularly in the Trilogy and general La Quinta market!. He was always available and he communicated very well throughout the process.
