Erin and John did an excellent job pulling properties that fit our need and then were integral to getting us over the finish line. Extremely professional and responsive. Always positive and helped brighten the process even when things got tough due to a volatile market. Highly recommend them!

The Logan home group sold our home last month. It was the same home they helped us buy five years prior. I can’t tell to you how happy we were to have them help us with both processes. I was so stressed about trying to sell the house while we were trying to close on a home out of state. The Logan team made the process seamless and reduced that stress! We told them our timeline and they provided a step by step plan to meet that timeline. This included when to have the house ready for pictures and they provided the schedule for cleaning services and worked with us on when they would host the open house(s). Them providing the cleaning services, pictures and video was just above and beyond. They held open houses one weekend and by Monday we had seven offers! John helped us think through our best option and provided perspective that also resulted in the least amount of stress in the sell of our home. We couldn’t have had a better experience! I’d highly recommended John and Rebecca’s team - the Logan Home Group!

John and Becky helped us buy and then several years later sell our home. In both instances, he was very professional, understood what fit us and our needs, and worked patiently with us throughout the process. They were always available for calls whenever we had questions. When it came time to sell the process was seamless and very organized and always open to communication. I have already made recommendations to friends and colleagues for John Logan Home Group to help buy/sell for how great working with them has been.
