John has proven to be very knowledgeable about our situation, letting us know what to expect for different possible inspections, etc. thus saving us time and money while getting my mom and step dads mobile home ready for sale. He was also super patient as we both work full time and it took a couple months to get it ready to be listed, checking in on us from time to time and always getting right back if we called or texted him for answer, he understood that my step dad was made to leave the state as he required full time care, he made it possible for us to get a great price, which was super for my step dad's financial stability, at 87 he was amazed of the outcome of the sale! I would recommend John to anyone that I know, he is not only a Superb Realtor but a genuinely kind person also.

JOHN CIEPIELA IS AN EXCELLENT REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL!! I HAVE MULTIPLE PROPERTIES AND HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR YEARS WITH REALTORS BUT NEVER HAS A PROCESS BEEN SO EFFICIENT OR SEAMLESS. WE CLOSED IN RECORD TIME AND THERE WERE NO HITCHES WHATSOEVER SINCE JOHN TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING SO PROFESSIONALLY!! I WOULD RATE HIM HIGHER THAN FIVE STARS!! HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT EVERY ASPECT OF THE SALE AND CLOSING AND MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT BOTH FOR MYSELF AND THE SELLER. IT WAS MY FIRST TIME BUYING THIS TYPE OF HOME (MANUFACTURED) SO I WAS VERY THANKFUL THAT JOHN WAS ON BOARD TO FILL IN THE BLANKS AND EDUCATE ME ON THINGS THAT WERE UNKNOWN TO ME! HE DESERVES 10 STARS!!
