Darryl helped me find a couple of investment properties that were a great find! He worked with me remotely since I was in and out of town. With the market being so hot and fast paced, Darryl was able to keep me informed on any movements and answered any questions I had about properties, inspections, and used his experience and knowledge to help me keep the title company accountable. I highly recommend Darryl for his knowledge, communication, and his professionalism throughout my home buying experience. He's upbeat while still being realistic, providing the best information to make a home investment.

John was my realtor for 4 months while trying to sell my home. He is extremely incompetent and unmotivated. First, John was suppose to put my home on the market June 1st but did not list it till June 6th. Secondly, I live 5 states away and needed John to check on the house and make sure it was in good condition. He would not respond to emails or phone calls. I was extremely disappointed when I was in the area and drove by my property and found the yard and house had terrible curb appeal. John had not checked on the home after 3 months worth of asking. John was unreliable, unresponsive and very unmotivated.

John and Erika were wonderful throughout the entire process! We bought a home living out of state and he was very easy to get a hold of and always kept us in the loop. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome to the area and we always felt like a very valued client! Will definitely be recommending him to others and he will be selling our house when we move!

My wife and I had just three days to find a home in the Little Rock area, so we contacted John and Dottie Belden at the recommendation of our employer. We are so thankful we decided to make that phone call, because John and Dottie Belden were phenomenal! They took the time to help us find the right house and walked us through the home-buying process. Though home-buying is intrinsically stressful, John and Dottie made it seem easy and really worked hard for us. We could not have asked for more from our first home-buying experience and are glad to have found two new friends in John and Dottie.
