My Barnes, is the best he was willing to help us find a home. He went way above everything even when we had questions he took the time to answer when we sold our first home we did it on our own but we wanted to have help and Mr. Barnes did it for us. He was with us through it all. Without him we probally would have given up.

John was easy to work with. He was very Patient, especially with my husband, who is very difficult to work with and has Alzheimer’s. During the listing period he never once gave up hope it would sell. The land is heavily wooded and would need clearing, a water meter, and surveying all with no seller investment. John was able to accomplish this and more This was the only way property could be sold. He had numerous restrictions placed on him all of which he over came. He never once got angry or voiced displeasure at these restrictions.
