Our experience with Joanna was excellent. She provided helpful information months before we planned to put the family home on the market. When it came time to actually list, Joanna's experience made the process seamless. Her guidance on asking price reflected her knowledge of the market and the area. She honestly, but kindly, shared any concerns overheard from open house attendees. Her responses to questions were timely and informed - exceptional communication experience. I want to highly recommend Joanna Eibes, realtor, for the quality of assistance that she gave when I was selling my home in Tonganoxie, KS, and purchasing another home in a small Kansas town. Joanna came highly recommended to my by someone who had been in the real estate business, herself, for several years. All of my experiences with Joanna showed her to be very knowledgable in her field. She had excellent understanding of market pricing in and around the area. Joanna was quick to communicate with me, other realtors, and parties who were involved. She had long-time established connections in the surrounding communities and reached out to them when they were needed. She was always on time, friendly, patient, and polite. Joanna followed through with everything in every way throughout the selling/buying processes. I continue to be very grateful to have had Joanna representing me. It meant a lot to have someone working with me in whom I felt confident to entrust with the processes.

Joanna was the consummate professional from first property visit to closing. Our property had few comps, but Joanna priced it competitively and two good offers came in after the first weekend of showings. When a problem arose before closing, Joanna was supportive and reasonable, gave great counsel and the buyer acquiesced, and the sale closed without incident. I am so thankful for Joanna’s great service and recommend her heartily and without reservation.
