Joel was so helpful and patient with us during our home buying & selling process. This is my fiance's second time using Joel and we will definitely call him in the future when we are ready to move again...but we love our new house so that might be a while!

Team 24/7, and especially Brandi Lawson, was extremely helpful with each step of the process from preparing our home to put on the market, guiding us through looking for a new house, negotiating an offer, process of inspection to the closing of both selling our home and buying our dream home. We have had an outstanding experience with 24/7 Realtors team and specifically our agent Kim Gaisford. She gets things done! We had to sell and buy fast, and she made it all happen and now we are in a home we truly love. She helped us get through all kinds of hurdles that came our way due to some specific circumstances. Whatever came our way - she had a solution. Kim was always available ("24/7" is not just a name, they mean it), and fought for our interests throughout. Even after closing, she is keeping in touch and being helpful. Kim and her team simply surpassed all expectations, and I strongly recommend their services.
