Working with Joe was a great experience. Initially, we had anxieties around the home-buying process and all that it entails. Luckily, Joe and his team ensured to make that process extremely smooth and memorable! With this being our first traditional home buying experience, Joe ensured that there was no questions unanswered for us and ensured a smooth transition for us. I was originally working with another buyer's agent but was not happy with how the relationship was going so I interviewed several other agents. Joe stood out as someone I could trust to guide me through the search for my new home and I was very happy with my decision to make the change. Working with Joe was a real pleasure. The process of finding the right new home in the current market took much longer than either of us expected. He took the time to understand my unique needs and arranged showings quickly when things seemed to be moving fast on a property. He was very patient with me when multiple homes we looked at had unacceptable issues that were revealed during my due diligence research. We put together some offers that were not successful due to my offer price and Joe was there every step for me in dealing with the disappointment and helping me move on. When a property came along that had multiple offers he crafted my offer so it was the winning one. Then when the inspection revealed some serious problems that needed to be addressed he negotiated a seller price concession that was accepted and led to a successful closing. I highly recommend Joe Kuta to anyone looking for a new home in the area.

Joe Kuta is a consummate professional. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and was always very attentive to my needs during both my home search as well as the purchase process. He is also very connected with a network of service providers who met all of my needs ranging from window blinds to landscaping. Joe made the home buying experience easy and stress free. I would recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Joe looked for a home within our specific financial parameters, as we were first-time home buyers. He knew which homes would qualify for our type of loan, and could anticipate and estimate the costs of any necessary repairs on each property. He tailored his schedule to ours, and was always able to be contacted. He also recommended and worked closely with our excellent and accessible mortgage lender. He is very organized, and gave us a bullet-point checklist, once our offer had been accepted, guiding us through all the steps up to and through closing. The Grand Junction market was very competitive, and prices were high during our three-month search. Joe was patient and persistent in helping us find just the right home. His communication was great throughout!

From start to finish Joe was extremely professional. We purchased a home from out of state and there were a lot things to make happen as the transaction took less than 30 days.
