Amanda is an amazing partner. She has represented multiple properties for us, including both a single family home and multi-family unit. Amanda is thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, responsive and incredibly effective at patiently negotiating to strike a compromise that both parties can agree upon. We worked with Amanda remotely, but her felt she was right by my side through both of our recent sales. Highly highly recommend working with her, and plan to do so again shortly!

We highly recommend Amanda as a buyer's agent. We were worried about buying a home while living 4 hours away from Grand Junction but she made the process so easy and worry-free. Amanda communicated with us every step of the way, and went above and beyond by being our “eyes and ears” for us when we could not be there in person. She was always responsive to our questions and made the buying process go so smoothly! And, even after closing on our new home, she has been so helpful by giving us information about resources and services in Grand Junction.
