Words can not begin to describe how fortunate we were to have Joe as our broker during our home purchasing process. We were looking to buy a house that required quite a bit of renovation work. We wanted to work with someone who had experience closing homes with a mortgage plus renovation loan (we did the Fannie Mae Homestyle loan). Joe had experience with both the Fannie Mae Homestyle loan and the FHA 203k loan. Joe was (and is) invaluable to us in so many ways. First, Joe connected us with an amazing local lender who gave us amazing terms for this loan and were able to process the mortgage and close quickly! Second, Joe was so instrumental is communicating all of our needs to the sellers and helping us negotiate to bring this contract under agreement. The property was part of an estate with 4 older sisters so there was quite a bit of back and forth. Joe was on it every step of the way. Third, Joe knew that we wanted to close on this property quickly so he obtained and paid out of his own pocket for any outstanding certifications that were needed on this house. We didn't know he did this until later and insisted we pay him back but he refused to take our money for the certifications on our house! Fourth, several times, on a last minute's notice, we needed to go see the house for review by our general contractor, for septic inspection, etc. Joe was always extremely accommodating and would arrive much earlier than our scheduled time to open up the house and set everything up for us. Lastly, we reside in Manhattan so don't have a car readily available to drive out to the property and we were scrambling to close at the last minute. Without our even asking, Joe went to the property twice before closing, once the day before our original expected close date and again the day before our actual close date to do the final walkthrough for us and give us an update on the house. These are just glimpses of what it was like to work with Joe during our home buying process. Every step of the way, Joe went above and beyond. We feel extremely lucky to have found Joe and look forward to continuing to work with him in all future NJ home transactions.

My experience working with Joe was terrific. He is very knowledgeable, patient, experienced and pays special attention to what's important to you the buyer to find you the best home within your budget. As you look at properties he points out things that may interfere with your home buying goals to make sure your home purchase is regret free.

Joe is a true professional, when the first buyers back out of their contract Joe had us under contract in three days with the new couple who just purchased our home. He was able to point us to the proper people we needed to contact about well testing making the whole home sale a smooth transaction. Joe was always there to take our calls and answer questions we had. We would recommend him to our family and friends without hesitation.

As owner of the property, Joe was the one realtors that actually provided results. We contracted Joe to help sell our property which we tried to sell for a certain period of time. He understood the real estate market and knew the best price the market can bear. The house was sold in matter of months. Highly recommend Joe!

I have tried to sell my home with many realtors over the years. None were as honest, professional and responsive as Joe. I got immediate, honest feedback after every showing. He did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend him to anyone selling their home as well as renting/purchasing a home.
