Jody was an incredible asset in the purchase of our new home as well as the sale of our previous home. A daunting process became smooth solely because of Jody and her office's involvement in the process. Jody was one of the few reasons we were able to get an agent, financing, and all other requirements in line within 24 hours in order to place an offer on our current home. If we had a different agent, it would have been highly unlikely that we would be able to purchase our current home. In addition, Jody was incredibly responsive to each and every question or inquiry we had at all hours of the day. She was direct and upfront in responding to our questions and ideas. Needless to say, we would use Jody as our agent 100 times over and could not recommend her enough for the purchase or sale of a home in the South Jersey area.
