Jim is outstanding and a thorough professional who knows his market. He helped me sell my property in less than 2 weeks after I contacted him. You want him on your side! Rarely do things go as planned and he was easygoing and knowledgeable. Always reachable. Impeccable listening skills! Not just listening to us but other agents, buyers, sellers. Personally in touch with the community and area. His expertise resulted in our home selling over asking price. Glad we chose him.

Jim was amazing from start to finish. He was patient with us, helped with staging (educating us), and sold our home within 2 hours of listing for full asking price.. Jim held our hand through the entire process, answered all our questions, explained the entire process, followed up on all processes and reminded us of all appointments. We whole heartedly recommend Jim, he is the best of the best.
