I had my home listed with another agent for 9 months before listing with Jill. I had many walk through, but no real offers during this time. When I signed with Jill, we sat down and came up with a strategy together. She was always willing to listen to my input and made me feel like I had a say in the process. I had multiple offers within a week of listing with Jill! I accepted one that unfortunately fell through, but Jill persevered and had another offer within the week of the other one failing to go through. Jill worked hard for me and I closed with 2 months of signing with her. I would recommend her to anyone!

Jill Perry was the absolute best! She helped us with every step of the process.
