STOP!!! Look no further if you are buying or selling. As far as we are concerned, there is only one agent in San Diego County and that is Jill. My wife and I flew in from out of town to get to know the area over one weekend. Jill took in all of our wants and needs and arranged 2 days of non stop showings. On day 2, she showed us our dream home and within a month, we were moved in and loving it. The best part of working with Jill was after the offer was accepted. She held our hands and answered all of our questions. Being 500 miles away, we had Jill as our boots on the ground. Her knowledge, patience, and experience made us comfortable and secure. Hats off to Jill....she is our agent for life.

Buying a home in this aggressive market is extreamly stressful, unless you have Jill and her team representing you. She is absolutely amazing to work with. It’s like having a best friend on your side. I highly recommend the Magnuson team for selling or buying your home.

Jill was great to work with. She was able to sell my place in one week and negotiate a higher price. She responsive and knowledgeable about the process. If you don't understand she will walk you through everything to ensure you understand the process. I totally recommend her as an agent if you are looking to buy or sell a house.
