Jessica helped us move to the Kansas City Metro over 5 years ago. She was so knowledgeable and supportive at that time that we were excited to have the opportunity to use her this time as we upgraded. Patient, optimistic, and energetic! Jessica walked us through a wide range of crazy homes with full enthusiasm and smiles. We valued her keen eye for potential problems and her experience with house repairs. Networked! She has connected us with a mortgage firm, inspector, appraiser, chimney and foundation specialists, and pest control. Name your need, and Jessica has the pro. Flexibility and availability! Jessica was always super quick with everything from showings to paperwork. Her response time is outstanding. Expertise, advocacy, and negotiation! Before making our purchase, we bid on other homes. Jessica did an excellent job explaining the process and communicating with the sellers. When the bids exceeded our budget, Jessica was supportive and helped us plan for the next attempt. Our recent purchase got pretty hairy with the bank and a number of outrageous demands. Jessica's advocacy and understanding of real estate processes were the only reasons that we closed anywhere close to the original date. Highly recommended! We will ALWAYS use Jessica to buy or sell. You simply can't do better.

Jessica was fantastic from the start. She was 100% no pressure, and answered all of our questions clearly. We have now used her twice, as well as a bit of dreaming in between. She went above and beyond with all of the out of the box situations we threw her way. We will definitely be having her help us in the future with any real estate needs!

Jessica was helpful, patient, kind and so knowledgeable. We were brand new to the process, she took the time to outline everything to expect and extra costs. She provided us lists of companies she recommended for inspections, lenders, etc. She made our first time home buying process easy, fun and we felt so comfortable with her every step of the way!

It's wonderful to have a chance to recommend Jessica Walker highly and without reservation. This recommendation was thoroughly earned, here's why: the family home had not been occupied for 6 months after Mom was unable to stay there. I am out of state and was unable to travel back to Kansas City during the pandemic to handle the sale. Jessica was immediately present in every way we needed and in any we had yet to identify. Jessica was remarkably sensitive to the situation at hand and responded in what would be humane, skillful, and adept in that moment. She is caring and professional, warm and savvy, proactive and flexible, she thinks quickly on her feet and responds immediately. She is so easy to team with and we felt very comfortable with Jessica's integrity, sense of responsibility, and wise counsel. Jessica is able to work as adeptly zoomed out-big picture or zoomed in to every detail. We had the sense from her no matter what arose that, "We've got this."
