Jessica helped us buy our forever home. When I first talked to her, I told her what we were looking for and we thought it would take a while to find. To our surprise, we found exactly what we wanted quickly! She helped tremendously with the negotiation, helped us find a fantastic mortgage company, and was invaluable during the option period. She helped us find a great inspector too! She was SO knowledgable about the area, the school district and the whole buying process. It had been a little while since we went through that process and I was a bit nervous. But we closed with out issue. When it came to selling our old house she really shined. She helped us figure out what we needed to upgrade/change, and because of her knowledge helped close the sell of our old house in the middle of a pandemic! If you ever need anyone to help you with your real estate needs it should be Jessica. She is fantastic and is one of the most knowledgable real estate agents I have ever worked with. As many others have attested, Jessica is genuinely personable, sharp, communicative, accommodating and just knows the market. I think when one is going thru this process, you want someone who is objective and opinionated about what needs to be done, when the best time is to do it and is flexible enough to adjust as those change. I particularly like that she employs so many different ways to interact - email, text, phone and video depending on the urgency and need. My house sold overnight. Highly recommend.

Jessica is a professional real estate agent. really exceeded my expectations. she's always there to recommend the best and you can feel that her commitment is to keep you satisfied. Honestly, she's the first agent I see that doesn't pressure or harass to sell you. It si really a pleasure to work with her.
