Cher was recommended to help us sell our mom's home. None of the children lived in state, so we needed someone who could orchestrate and help drive the process on our behalf. Cher worked closely with my brother, and looped me in as need to facilitate the legal aspects with my mom. The whole process went incredibly smoothly, and the home ended up selling more quickly and at a higher price than I'd anticipated. I would definitely recommend Cher to anyone in the Reno/Sparks market.

This review is for Megan Stockwell. In March 2021, my fiance and I started the process of looking for a home in the Lake Tahoe area. We had this planned for several years, but our timing to purchase coincided with a housing price increase and supply shortage (and a pandemic). We started our search on Zillow, where I left my info for Megan to contact me. I didn’t think too much of it as I will reaching out to many agents. Megan called us and set up showings for the following weekend. In the beginning of our journey we were exploring agents, and after meeting with others, we really wanted to work with Megan because she is different from the typical agent in the best ways possible. She hustles and digs in to all the properties to make sure we know what we are really looking at. She is incredibly hardworking, she is super efficient, and she never made us feel like we were taking up too much of her time. She also never ever pushed us to get a sale, like many agents do. We learned so much about the Tahoe realty market with Megan and we ended up really get the best place possible for the best price. We are so thankful for Megan and 100% plan to use her again. Jonathan assisted perfectly in the selling process.He was very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Highly recommend him in the buying and selling process. Will be using him in the buying process on my future purchase.

Michele Mebust from Hodges and Associates RE Group is awesome. She found our dream vacation home for us while we lived in a different state. She helped patiently on every step till the closing. She even recommended a lander that worked out an almost impossible deal for us. We definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking in Reno area.

Jessica is knowledgeable and aggressive in obtaining results for her clients. She is very personable and easy to work with. She knows the Reno area well and has access to any service worker needed while the home is listed and while moving. I highly recommend her.
