Working with Jessica was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE! We felt it was time to move on from California and we had struggled with another agent we had when we put our house on the market in 2024. We lost hope to be honest. Then our realtor in Idaho referred Jessica Duarte to us in 2025. From the first meeting she stood out with her personalized approach. She also made us feel at ease. Working with Jonathan was great! Has extensive knowledge of the current market and the high desert, where we were looking to buy. He made multiple trips over several months and stuck by us as multiple houses were scooped up by cash or outrageously over asking price offers. Jonathan really encouraged us to think outside of the box, and look at properties that we hadn’t initially considered. When we finally found a hidden gem we worked he was very helpful with every step of the buying process, and it all paid off as we landed the house at asking price! We'll certainly work with him again and recommend others to as well; you won't be disappointed.

We were so lucky to have Paul as our agent. Between him and his team (including Anjeanette Stairs) we got an organized, knowledgeable and resourceful team. Even though the market was super competitive, and we were very picky, they never lost steam in our long search. Always as diligent as day one, they quickly understood our wants, needs and style and maintained focus on the search (even when we felt defeated at times). They found us our dream cabin! Even after the purchase - they helped us throughout the year to get our cabin furnished & cozy(we are not full time residents). We are so grateful for this amazing duo - and are so lucky that we now call them our friends.

Anjeanette has always been knowledgeable, courteous and kind. She catered our experience to our needs and was extremely helpful. She also advocated for a fair price after assessment. Anjeanette was extremely responsive and always responded in a timely manner. She was flexible and made signing documents accessible and easy to comprehend. If it wasn’t for her I don’t think we would have found the perfect home for our family. I am so thankful for her and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home.
