We found a larger home in our neighborhood for sale and Mike was the listing agent. We not only used Mike for the purchase of our next vacation home but to sell our previous vacation home. Everything went seamless! Great communication throughout the whole process. Our previous home sold in under 10 days due in part to his knowledge of the area and current market conditions. But what made this exceptional was we inherited a home fully furnished and decorated. Mike and his team went out of their way to pick up and donate all the items we did not need.

Mike was hands down the best realtor we've ever worked with. Not only knowledgable, responsive, and honest throughout the whole process, but also went above and beyond with getting us set up for success in our new home (recommended vendors, knew the guts of the house inside and out, provided local insights, etc). I had a home in Sugar Loaf, CA that I didn't think had a chance to sell because there were so many on the market and it was right at the initial spike of COVID-19. Mike Wochner had a buyer within the first month of being on the market despite this. The first buyer didn't qualify which chewed up about five weeks but MIke was dauntless and had another buyer with backup offers with the next three weeks. The house sold with a profit due to his strategy. Without going into details, the buyer was a demanding sort. There were three major situations that seemingly could break the deal but I told Mike I trusted his judgement. His strategies went our way with a very successful outcome. Mike always treated me with respect. Even as the second sale proceeded, Mike had backup plans. I wholeheartedly would recommend Mike. If I sell my home in Lake Elsinore, I will see if he would be interested.
