Would have given no stars if allowed. I have been an investor since 1985. I have to say this is one of the most unethical realtors I have dealt with (Jessica represented seller while I had my own realtor on the purchase side of the deal). There are many ethical realtors in the South Jersey area that you can retain to represent you. Jessica was extremely unresponsive to my realtor, while disregarding pointed questions such as “is there dredging issues in the lagoon”? “Was there a special assessment for dredging imposed by the town of Little Egg Harbor for residents living on Lake Heron Dr.? “ Questions ignored. By her… I disclosed early on that the original closing date would not work. I had already secured the mortgage and was fully approved. The new requested closing date was an issue for her client, which is understandable due to seller giving a non refundable deposit on the home she were purchasing with the agreement to close by mid December. The issue I have is her unresponsiveness was part of the reason this deal fell through. She also should have advised her client that if the closing date was a no go from the 3rd day into the process it should have been terminated by them. They dragged the attorney review process on while attempting to keep me on the side in case they didn’t get another buyer. Also NJ Real Estate MLS states that while in attorney review it must be disclosed in agents notes that the house is in attorney review (which she failed to do) so other realtors know the current status and can advise their clients accordingly. After terminating the Contract via my attorney today, she re-listed the house for $ 27,000 over the original asking price which was her motive from the start of the process. She played an instrumental part in this deal falling through.
