Our family found Jessica after reaching out to see a property she had listed down the shore. We were using a different realtor prior who really showed no interest in trying to sell us a home, almost as if we were wasting their time, so we decided to move on. After meeting Jessica, our entire experience of trying to purchase a 2nd home changed. Jessica is informative, knowledgeable, and persistent. We ended up purchasing a home where Jessica was also the listing agent, and I feel she treated all sides fairly during the entire transaction. Jessica was always available to answer any questions for us and her communication with our real estate attorney, lender, and title company helped to facilitate our purchase with no issues. I would definitely use Jessica again, as our family greatly appreciates what she has done for us. Thank You Jessica!

Jessica was awesome! She was always available to answer our questions and made the entire process simple. She helped us sell our home and buy another with both closing on the same day. Selling a home, buying a home and moving are all stressful things. Jessica helped make the entire transition as easy as possible.

Jessica was great and would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in this area. She sold our uncle's home quickly and smoothly and was super helpful with all the details in between. Really appreciated her willingness to assist given we were selling the house from a location a few hours away and needed hands on the ground to get the house over the line in a timely manner.
