Jeremy is absolutely amazing! We were in a pinch to sell our home fast—like within 2 months fast! Throughout all of the obstacles thrown his way, he remained professional, kind, understanding, and personable. He never judged us for the situation we were in, and he held our hands and explained everything to us thoroughly the entire time. Jeremy not only did everything he said he was going to do, but more. I can’t begin to give him enough credit and praise! If you are looking to sell your home, I highly recommend him and My NC Home Team. While we only sold our home, I know if we are ever in the market to buy again someday, we will definitely be using Jeremy and My NC Home Team!

My wife and I highly recommend Lindsay Davison as an excellent option for your home search in the counties south of Raleigh, NC. Lindsay provided us the realty agent services we needed in our search for a home that had all of the amenities we needed. We are not local and living out of state, so having a local agent such as Lindsay was critical in our assessment of the areas we considered for our new home. She worked with us as we showed her our home amenity and community requirements. She provided valuable feedback on the area, which included both the positive and the negative aspects. This helped us during our search and we ended up with a beautiful home in a very nice, friendly, and established subdivision. Brandon was amazing. We cannot say enough about his knowledge, patience, responsiveness, and outstanding work. We live 3 hours away from this location and worked with Brandon to identify and purchase this property for a rental opportunity in 2020. It was a fixer upper, and we knew that going in. He was instrumental in helping us work with contractors in the area. During the 3 years since, he continued to stay in touch through well wishes around holidays as well as birthday/Christmas cards. When the market exploded, it was a no brainer to reach out to Brandon to help us sell the property. He found us a potential buyer immediately and helped us make some additional repairs to the home before closing today 7/7/2023. He is an outstanding agent (we have bought 4 homes in the past with other agents in NC). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the NC Home Team to a prospective buyer or seller!

We have used My NC Home Team Realty five times over the years. Every time we have worked with Ashley, it has been a pleasure. Ashley has extensive knowledge and experience, and each of our real estate transactions have been smooth and hassle-free. After our first home purchase, we knew we would always be repeat customers. She knows the real estate business!! Ashley was able to answer all of our questions, get any information that we needed and is fun and personable to work with. Ashley has been awesome in finding homes that match your requirements and she is also quick in arranging showings upon request. She never pressures us to buy anything that we don’t like or accept a bad offer. Her patience and explaining things are her greatest strength as a realtor. Jeremy is a great realtor, he is always polite, courteous, and knows his business!!. He’s good at getting back to you in a timely manner. He really cares about his clients and their needs when it comes to helping them buy or sell a home. I highly recommend him to go to for anyone looking in the market.
