I live in Pennsylvania and was selling a property my wife and I owned in Morristown, NJ. I’m an attorney and have lots of experience selling real estate and dealing with real estate agents. Many are knuckleheads. Not Jeremy, he is top-notch. He communicates effectively, is responsive and knows his market. The property we were selling needed a number of repairs and Jeremy steered us to local contractors who did the work promptly and at reasonable fees. We were able to get all the work done quickly and Jeremy successfully navigated the inspection process, all without us having to come to NJ and personally deal with the issues. I can’t say enough good things about the positive experience we had working with Jeremy. If he worked in my community, I’d be referring all of my real estate clients his way.

Jeremy has been instrumental in our house hunting process. He has excellent market knowledge and we appreciated his honest feedback whenever he visited a house with us. He is always available to answer questions and to explain the process. He got us in touch with many contractors and professionals. I highly recommend him and his team!

Jeremy helped our family buy a house, sell a house, and buy another house. He’s a professional in every sense of the word. Always on time. Incorporates wants and must haves into his recommendations. Knowledgeable about different neighborhoods. And a calming, steady ally during the closing process.

We were originally assigned to a different realtor within the Gulish Group. However, she left and we were reassigned to work with Beth. After searching for over a year in the middle of the pandemic, we were a bit apprehensive to move on with someone new. Nevertheless, the transition was pretty smooth. Beth is not a pushy agent and will work with your needs. She went above and beyond to help us. On her own initiative, she manually went through listings to help us since we had particular requirements for a house. Being a parent herself, she was kind and funny with our children, even when they were screaming the place down (yikes!)! We can tell we had a great agent since even after closing, the kids still talk about her and we have kept in touch. We built a great relationship and we would be happy to work with her again in the future.
