Prior to contracting with Anne and her partner Anna Jane we had interviewed several real estate agents who all came very close to the same amount to price our home. Anne and Anna explained their strategy and we chose them to market our home. Boy were we glad we did! They did a FANTASTIC job marketing and selling our home and we received almost $150k over asking! We heeded Anne and Anna Jane’s advice on staging our home and we are ecstatic over the outcome. With their help, we had 58 groups come to our open house (in the pouring rain!) and two days later we received several offers $75k+ over asking. They brought us well qualified buyers and we cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and guidance throughout the process. It was the smoothest real estate transaction that we have ever experienced and would not think twice about using them again.

Throughout the years, we have dealt with many different real-estate agents. Marsi is by far the best agent we have delt with. She has been very knowledgeable of the market. She has helped us both in buying a new house and selling our old one. We were able to close within 2 months of posting our house for sale (we had an offer within 10 days) and she has been instrumental in the negotiations. We closed both houses in November and December 2023 when the market was very sketchy. She goes above and beyond to get your house ready for sale and her advices definitely have increased our home value. She is very professional, personable and extremely patient with us (we saw close to 20 houses before making a decision). Marsi is also very well connected and her recommendations for attorneys and key personnels involved in the buying and selling property process has been phenomenal. Marsi worked with us for YEARS. When we finally had an accepted offer it wasn't easy. She was great as walking us through so many little things being a first time buyer (in NJ). Excellent communication, and great at keeping us grounded and level headed. She never treated us as anything but a million dollar client. Strongly recommended.
