Prior to contracting with Anne and her partner Anna Jane we had interviewed several real estate agents who all came very close to the same amount to price our home. Anne and Anna explained their strategy and we chose them to market our home. Boy were we glad we did! They did a FANTASTIC job marketing and selling our home and we received almost $150k over asking! We heeded Anne and Anna Jane’s advice on staging our home and we are ecstatic over the outcome. With their help, we had 58 groups come to our open house (in the pouring rain!) and two days later we received several offers $75k+ over asking. They brought us well qualified buyers and we cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and guidance throughout the process. It was the smoothest real estate transaction that we have ever experienced and would not think twice about using them again.
