    Working with Bob was a delight. He was knowledgeable, reliable, and truly cared. I knew he was the best when he took the time to review the contract/ my offer to purchase agreement prior to signing it. He was on the ball every step of the way.     Bob and Rae are terrific! They have a vast knowledge of the New Jersey real estate market, and always provide prompt, accurate information. We bought our house through them in 2005 and recently sold it through them. Throughout 20 years, Bob and Rae have provided great service and guidance. I recommend them most highly!

    Bob was referred to me by a neighbor who had used him. I had seen the signs on other homes for sale but of course there were many other realtors that I could use. Once I got this referral I knew I would use Bob Wilhalme. He did not disappoint. He understood the current market, he understood what to address and what not to address in presenting the house for sale. I had a few simple things to address. The simple things he indicated I needed to adress was a great value, but what was really most valuable was his experience. He knew how to negotiate with the buyer and the buyers realtor. He has a sense of the authenticity of the buyers requests. This is critically important as it likely saved thousands in concessions. It seemed that every situation that came up he had experienced before. I never sold a house before. I never really understood the value of a good realtor, but anyone reading this I can assure them that Bob is that realtor.
