Jenny and Mike Heins did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our home. Their expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in finding and selecting our perfect home. Jenny and Mike were very involved in all aspects of the closing. They were friendly, responsive, reached out for regular check-ins, and always gave great advice.

I WISH I could take this woman with me EVERY TIME I purchase a home. I am a full-time student and working at the same time. In the beginning, I was so unsure of how this process was going to be, let alone how involved I needed to be. From the first interaction to the very last day of closing (and still now when I need help with the house), Jenny and her team ARE there for me. She exceeded my expectations and honestly made this process so smooth. Were there ever issues or problems? Yes, of course, there were, BUT the part that I appreciated the most was the transparency from her and the team and the amount of time invested into helping me. I could not have been paired with such an amazing and PROFESSIONAL woman who did everything in her power to make this easy, smooth, and a great experience. Loved this, every step of the way.

From the beginning, Jenny appeared extremely enthusiastic to work with me as I was a first time home buyer and I am in the military. I would be buying this house site unseen. Issues arose early on because Jenny and her husband/partner Michael were very poor communicators. They would respond to facebook messages but were inconsistent with their response times when time was of the essence. As a result, there was a lot of confusion leading up to the closing date. I used an inspector they recommended and entrusted them to act as my agents as I was living in another state. On the date of closing, Jenny was absent and the listing agent (who Jenny works with), prevented us from conducting a thorough walkthrough prior to closing. I believe that if Jenny acted as a proper agent or allowed me proper time to review the property, I would have discovered a number of serious defects with the property. I felt rushed into closing and now am financially responsible for tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. When approached about these issues, Jenny was defensive and unhelpful. I am extremely disappointed with my first home purchase and I primarily blame Jenny for such a terrible experience.

Jenny and her team was awesome. They worked so hard for us behind the scenes. They negotiated a great deal for us. They worked with the sellers and got the needed repairs completed in a timely manner for our VA loan. I recommend you to work with her and her team for any of your real estate needs.
