Jenn has been my closest real estate ally for the better part of the last year. This was my first time through the buying process, and she stood by when I had no idea what I was getting into, when I had personal issues that put my plans on hold, and when we crossed the finish line and closed on my house. Jenn was attentive to what my wants and needs were in a home and even more importantly, I never felt like a burden or too small of a fish for her to put her time into. We have been working with our real estate agent for over five years, and we truly can’t imagine this journey without her. She first helped us secure a rental apartment at a great price, and then patiently house-hunted with us for years until we were finally ready to buy. We just closed on our first home, and it was entirely because of her dedication, knowledge, and guidance. Throughout the entire process, she genuinely listened to what we wanted and paid close attention to our needs and feedback while touring homes. She took the time to understand what mattered most to us and tailored every showing accordingly, never pushing us and always refining the search based on our input. She walked us through every single step—from what to look for during showings, to inspections, to who to call and when. She kept us constantly updated, explained everything clearly, and was always honest and transparent. When the appraisal came back lower than our offer, she was a strong and skilled negotiator and successfully got the sellers to reduce the price, saving us money and stress. She also connected us with wonderful professionals for our inspection and mortgage, gave us thoughtful ideas for the house, and even recommended contractors and people to use after closing. On top of all that, she was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly committed real estate agent—especially for a first home—we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Jennifer came in and was clearly focused on providing a solid, highly professional experience. Once we met up, she was solid about follow up and getting information to me in a timely manner. We were similarly pragmatic in our approach to selling my home, which was a real asset. We got a strong offer quickly, and she worked effectively within my timeline and complications. The whole process went smoothly-- far easier than I anticipated.

Jenn helped us land our dream home in our dream town — an impressive feat in any market, but especially in this one. She was kind, generous with her time and knowledge, and made sure we always felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Jenn truly had our best interests at heart. She guided us through every step, helping us understand what to look for and what to consider as first time home-buyers. Her patience and calm demeanor were constant, and her excellent reputation among other agents worked in our favor when it came time to submit an offer. She’s incredibly responsive and will fight to make sure you get a real seat at the table. We loved her motto: “If it’s meant to be, it will be.” With so many unpredictable variables in the home-buying process, that really hit home for us — pun intended. Jenn was always honest and direct, giving us the facts and letting us make the decisions. Her network is also exceptional — every recommendation she gave, from inspectors to mortgage pros, was helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. We’re still over the moon about finding our home — but honestly, a little sad not to be working with Jenn anymore!

Jenn helped us buy our first home and was very helpful in many aspects. Not only was she very responsive and available for last minute viewings, but she also taught us a lot about what to look out for as first time homebuyers. She had a great list of recommendations for lawyers, lenders, and inspectors that we utilized, as well. Having a team that has worked together before helped the process move along more efficiently. Overall, we enjoyed working with her and were glad to find someone we could trust!
