We chose Jeff from a VERY strong field of referrals, and he more than justified our confidence. He was candid, thorough and very knowledgeable. He was straightforward, transparent, and committed to giving us actionable information that helped us navigate selling and buying in the weirdest market (2021) in recent memory. My wife and I are very meticulous and ask a LOT of questions—Jeff was always welcoming, prepared and responsive. He was proactive and positive, which was really important as we dealt with the ups and downs of finding homes and not having our bid selected. He represented us and the seller, and (as lawyers who understand conflicts of interest) we never needed to question whether he had our best interest at heart. Jeff’s knowledge and experience with home renovations came in VERY handy as we prepared our home for sale and examined possible options. The process broke just as he said it would, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Excellent, excellent job.

When you think of a real estate agent, you generally think of several kinds of "hats" that person has to wear -- advocate, savvy sales person, representative, educator. You want them to advocate for you, and stand on your behalf. You want them to educate you on a process that hopefully you don't need to become an expert at, because finding your dream home means escaping the house buying process for years, sometimes decades! You want them to win you a deal, a negotiation -- you want them to navigate the whole process a way that best represents you, but better than you could, because this isn't your job. The Jeff Cummings team goes above and beyond to do just that. Jeff is incredibly patient and knowledgeable, but more than that, he's surrounded himself by an amazing team. Working with Kim Murdock has been fantastic. I'm somebody with tons of questions, and I'm incredibly prompt (for better or worse!); I joke that I have an unsourced sense of urgency driving my whole life, which can be a little intimidating at times, and Kim matches that promptness with patience and kindness! We are very pleased that we chose to work with this team for our second (and hopefully last, for awhile) time buying a new home, and selling our old home.
