Jeff helped sell our property quickly. Because it was cash price only, we were shocked that it sold very quickly. Also, we were not that familiar with the property (it was my parents) it was a bit of trial and error to get some things done but we managed.

Monique was professional, efficient and personable. She was able to let us see a property with very short notice, and we are glad she did, because that’s exactly the cabin of our dreams. Carolyn did a wonderful job. She made the process of finding and purchasing a property easy and fun. She found a lot of properties in my price range and answered all my questions about the different neighborhoods and the advantages and disadvantages of each.

Monique explained the process very well and kept me informed step by step. Nice sense of humor and down to earth. I originally was looking for a home in Ruidoso and could not find anything that suited my needs. She showed me all around Tularosa and Alamogordo and finally found this one.
