Eric did an incredible job representing me and my property. He listened to all of my initial thoughts on setting up the property for sale, and provided excellent local knowledge for tweaks and adjustments along the way. Eric was great. Very helpful and insightful. We felt like he had our best interest at heart . Always checking and interested in our thoughts and concerns. Gave great advice and had our best interest in mind.He and the other realtor worked great together and was very helpful with our move to the new house even with the previous owners negativity.
