Eileen Hebert was awesome!! She was able to find the right home for us, successfully negotiate a reduced sales price, was an advocate for us after inspection to get concerning items taken care of, was professional throughout, kept us apprised during the process and went above and beyond during the purchase. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to purchase a home. Her knoweldge is second to none.

I've read Eileen Hebert's monthly real estate columns for several years. Every article showed her knowledge and advice to be above the standard advertisements by local agents. When it came time to sell my Mother's home, I knew Eileen would be our agent. She saved us money by staging the home herself, was always on top of things, and communicated with us very well. I highly recommend Eileen!

We just finished selling our home, thanks to Eileen! It's a tough market right now with interest rates rising, and she was not deterred and always thinking of new helpful strategies of how we could entice buyers. She used a professional photographer for top notch listing photos, as well as drone footage and a virtual walkthrough. She staged the house nicely too for tours, since we had already moved out of the property, to make sure people could see how big a bed could fit in the master, how spacious the living room was, etc. She personally held multiple open houses. (You see some realtors delegate all their open houses to more junior agents, but she was there herself!) Even when we hit some hiccups with needing repairs, or getting a very tough inspector who nitpicked everything, she had such a wealth of knowledge and prior experience that nothing made her worried! She gave us great recommendations for any contractors we needed. When we were no longer able to be in town ourselves, Eileen helped set things up to meet with contractors herself for bids too. She kept us informed both by email and calls/texts, and was always available to answer any questions we had. We could go on and on, as this was our second time working with Eileen, and we cannot sing her praises enough! We keep telling our friends and family if they need to buy or sell, Eileen is your best bet. We have been with her on both sides of the home buying/selling process, and she made what is a very stressful event as stress-free as possible. If we ever need to buy or sell again, guess who we have on speed dial? Eileen Hebert!!

Eileen has worked with us three times, twice as a buyer’s agent and once as a seller’s agent. We can’t recommend her highly enough - she was very informed and responsive in all matters, helped us negotiate some difficult decisions, and was available to us at all times. Eileen's years of experience in the Anacortes real estate market make her an exceptional agent. She understands what will attract a buyer and what made us, as buyers, attractive to a seller. In such a competitive environment having the contacts, knowledge, and experience to create the offer that will get the seller's attention is key to acquiring a property. As buyers coming from another state her knowledge and insight was extremely valuable in understanding the market. Eileen was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her.
