Jay was fantastic! We had spoken to a few other realtors before we worked with Jay. The other realtors were not punctual, and we lost out on opportunities because of it. Just days into our home search with Jay and we were in contract! He walked us through every step of home buying, and made sure we received updates. He helped explain our appraisal and inspections, and gave good advice every step of the way. It was a seamless, streamlined process. We felt like we could relax and trust him to handle it, unlike with the realtors we tried before. Honestly, cannot say enough good things about him! We will definitely recommend others to buy or sell their home with Jay! :)
