We had the pleasure of working with the Feaster Realty team not only once but twice and we will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in the Denver area. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, they are genuinely great people who we now consider friends. When we bought our home originally, they were there every step of the way guiding us and making sure our best interest was in mind. Then when we went to sell our home, they made the process so easy and painless arranging everything from photography to the open house to negotiating the final sale. My wife and I could not be any more grateful for the opportunity to work with Jay and the Feaster Realty team on an incredible new construction duplex in Denver. To sum it up, this team is first class, and I don’t think you could find a better group to work with. Our arrangement with Jay was exactly what we were looking for, as we got involved in the project early on and were able to influence our home with custom selections. Throughout the process, we interacted regularly with a phenomenal builder and construction manager, and some of their subcontractors, and things could not have gone smoother. I was shocked how quickly they could build a home and keep everything on track at a time when supply chains could not have been any more disrupted. The quality of the construction is very high and they do not miss a single detail or cut any corners. The floorpans are very functional, with tons of storage, large bedrooms, and great entertainment spaces. The kitchen is awesome, with a huge 13 ft island, top-notch appliances, tons of cabinet space, and a large pantry. On the exterior, their designs include wood fences, iron railings, stylish retaining walls, landscaping, sod, irrigation, synthetic decking, new sidewalks, and more - everything is top notch and you don’t always get this with many new construction homes. Friends and family have loved the place and we are looking forward to a lot of memories in the home. Whether you are looking for a new construction home or buying/selling an existing, I highly recommend working with Jay and the Feaster Realty team and can’t say enough on how great the whole experience was. Other references I had talked too early in the process felt the same way.

I recently used Feaster Realty to sell and buy a house. I could not have been more impressed with Jay and his entire team that I interacted with. Not only did they have extensive knowledge of the market and area, they kept me up date throughout the process, handled the negotiations expertly, and made the entire process seamless. I could not recommend a real estate company any more highly – you won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jay and Sarah at Feaster realty over the past year and a half. We were casually looking for the perfect house to make our home and working with Jay and Sarah made that experience exactly what we needed. There was no pressure to make any quick moves, they understood that we knew what we were looking for and they didn’t push any houses on us that did not meet our needs. We finally found the one and Jay made the transaction super smooth and easy. As first time home-buyers with a lot of questions, he answered all our questions throughout the process and helped us with loads of information that we didn’t know to think about.
