Jason and Melissa are awesome. We are from California and wanted to purchase an investment property near our daughter in Elizabethtown, KY. We contacted Jason about a house he had listed but it wasn’t exactly what we were looking for. Jason went over and beyond to understand what we were looking for. Then helped us find just the right house. I would highly recommend Jason. He is very knowledgeable about the local market, he is very available and responsive, but not pushy. I especially value his honesty and integrity. We also plan to have Jason manage rental of this house.

Jason sold my parent's home back in late 2013. I needed to get some financial information about the sale, and 4 1/2 years later he produced the needed documents for me. This required him to take personal time on a weekend to go back through archived records to find the information for me. Outstanding service AFTER the sale. Two thumbs up!
