Gail was amazing to work with. She was knowledgeable about what is needed to sell a house and offered suggestions that resulted in a successful outcome. She was also extremely patient with all our questions. I would highly recommend her as she went above and beyond. With her expertise, we were able to sell within our timeline and asking price.

Gail was wonderful to work with. After looking at many homes I finally decided to make an offer and the seller accepted. I was very fortunate in this crazy market & I owe that to Gail. She made suggestions on how to write the offer and made my offer stand-out amongst the others. She not only made the whole buying & selling of my current house stress-free, but made it fun as well!

Rhiannon was fantastic to work with! We never would have been able to find the perfect house without her. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us find our dream home! As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and Rhiannon was able to answer all of them! My wife and I decided to buy our first home in the middle of a very heavy sellers market. Rhiannon stuck through all of our highs and lows and never once rested until she found the perfect home for our budget. Rhiannon was very responsive at all times of the day and was flexible around our tough work schedules.
