Broc and his team goes above and beyond with our real estate needs. They have been effective and efficient to the entire process. Special mention to Broc, Jacob, Maria, and their photographer (apologize for forgetting the name). Also, everyone that worked behind the scenes too. They have been all very professional, knowledgeable, concern, humble, and most importantly attend to your needs in a timely manner. Easy to talk to and approachable. We are big in quick responses and they exceeded our expectations with their prompt interventions in our needs. They have been superb with with their client service indeed. Broc and the entire team were outstanding to work with from beginning to settlement. I was most impressed with the fact that we did not have to redo our whole house just to sell it. We removed the clutter based on the teams recommendation and we had lots of traffic through the house. We had tried to sell out home on two other occasions over the last twenty years and only had one or two people even look at the house. With Broc and his marketing we had 40+ families come through and see the house. We were informed about what was next at all times. We are very pleased with the service and results.
