Very thorough in explaining strategy and process for selling home. Kept buyer interest high with open houses and revising listings. Experience was not without a few bumps but experience was helpful and keeping the processing moving smoothly.

The Barkley group did a great job helping us find our new home on Prior Lake. Jason had the insight that it would sell fast and that we should offer more than the asking price. Thankfully we did. Even though we were out bid by a builder the couple picked us after reading our offer and seeing that we would truly enjoy their home with our family and friends and that we love the lake and appreciate all that it has to offer. The house went up for sale on a Sunday and they had 6 showings and 3 offers the first day. We also decided to rent out our old house instead of selling and the Barley group helped us with that as well. They do background checks on the renters and make sure that they would be a good fit. We have an awesome renter who has been there for almost 5 years. We are so thankful for what they have done for us. I would definitely recommend us them for your housing needs.

We have bought two houses through the Barkleys and sold one and I have been completely happy with it all. They are very educated and knowledgeable. Each time we looked and bought, I was impressed with what the houses that they found for us as well as their knowledge and skill set to help things run so efficiently. And the selling of our very first house went so quick and easy.
