Matt did a great job making the entire process easy from the get go, and answering all of my questions about the process as it was my first time purchasing a home. He was very responsive and always able to get any information I was looking for! Janna was very prompt to respond to all my questions and concerns, was very well versed, and did a great job listing and selling my sub-par property. Her expertise was vast, and she communicated effectively with my buyer. I had signed up on an online realtor match website and Janna was the FIRST to reply—and not by just a little bit! I still had realtors calling me about my inquiry a full week after I chose to list with Jenna. The funniest part? The other realtors acted like I had just submitted my request the day they called! I figured (and rightly so) that Jenna would be both enthusiastic about my property and tireless in its promotion. After my aunt's passing, it was a very emotional and difficult decision to sell her beautiful home that we all enjoyed growing up. Janna was truly sensitive to my situation and offered many solutions to ensure that selling was the right thing to do. She did an amazing drone video, listing and staging of the house which received immediate inquiries. With her knowledge of the area, comps and target markets, she was able to sell the home in a timely manner to a wonderful family who will enjoy it as much as we did.
