Adam was top notch. I now understand the importance of a real estate agent. Our mortgage turned out to be a nightmare due to things out of our control. We had a chance to lose our dream home but Adam was able to do his part and keep the deal together. He was always available and had the ability to talk me off a ledge during this very stressful process. We are now in our dream home and can't thank Adam enough for his work and knowledge. Highly recommend for a potential buyer or seller as an agent. Thank you Adam!

What can I say? He’s an AMAZING realtor. As first time homebuyers we felt really lost at first. We told Adam what we wanted as parents of really young children and he made sure to show us houses that inquired what we wanted within our price range. He was honest when we asked questions and was very responsive no matter the time we reached out to him. He made sure through the whole process we were never in the dark about what was going on and made sure the sellers did their part as well. He is a respectable and dependable man who we’ve recommended to our parents for their near future house hunting adventure! 10/10 would recommend him to anyone if they’re looking for their forever home. Thank you for all you do, you’re the best!

Adam was wonderful to work with! He came highly recommended and I now understand why. He was so responsive, always offering to go the extra step, and dedicated to get the best outcome for us, the client. Adam helped us through a difficult negotiation process, and was able to keep the pressure on the seller without scaring them away. Ultimately Adam closed the deal for us and even after he continues to be communicative and offer suggestions for anything from contractors to restaurants. We couldn’t be happier and know that this deal would not have come together without Adam!

Adam was a pleasure to work with as our agent while we were in the process of purchasing an investment property. As first time buyers, he showed an incredible amount of patience for all of our questions about everything related to purchasing a property. He was very responsive over email in scheduling our showings of all of the properties that we visited; even driving over an hour away on multiple occasions to attend showings. All to ensure that we found a property that matched our needs and budget. Our first offer on a property fell through due to unforeseen circumstances, however Adam remained committed to ensuring that we continued the search for the right property. In scheduling all of the showings, he was very responsive (I don't think he ever took more than 5 minutes to answer a text or email!). He handled communication with the sellers' agents promptly and made sure all of our questions were answered. With regard to the properties, we valued his observations about each of the properties that we viewed and his insight on what each property would need in order to be a viable investment. Once we moved towards closing on our property, Adam prepared all of the relevant documentation more expeditiously than anyone I have ever worked with professionally or personally. If you value promptness, courtesy, and knowledge about real estate in Southern Maine, then you should work with Adam.

Adam was absolutely amazing. We are first time home buyers and Adam made the process as easy as possible. Naturally, we had a million questions so he patiently walked us through the every step in the entire process. Adam was super easy to talk to, very easy to reach, and always prompt with his replies. I would highly, highly recommend Adam to anyone and we will definitely be using him again in the future!
