In 2003 we decided to sell our home in Richfield, but decided to find a replacement first. We started to look in the Eagan area and came across Janis Powers, Edina Realty. Both my wife and I were immediately impressed with her pleasing smile and of course her knowledge of the available units at that time. Upon finding the home we were looking for we made the decision to also use Janis as our selling agent for our Richfield home. Janis spent many hours in successfully selling our home. Now some 15 years later and my wife in a nursing home my daughter has moved in with me requiring her to sell her town house. So again we called on Janis Powers. The house sold in 1 week!!! The closing is on Nov. 26. All this was possible because of the excellent job Janis did with her thorough check of comparable houses in the area and her help in displaying the home. Janis is a top notch realtor and we would recommend her anytime.

Working with Janis was a dream! Her knowledge and experience put us in a great position to both find and purchase our new home as well as sell our previous home. She was available to us even while out of the country for a family vacation. We couldn't recommend Janis more.

Janis helped us buy our new home and sell our old home all in a matter of a few weeks. She gave us great help with our inspection and warranty for our new home and she was great to work with and helped us prepare and stage our old home for sale. We hadn't known her before asking her to help with our home and she was so professional and nice. We highly recommend her!

Janis helped me in the purchasing of my first home. Right from the beginning she was extremely professional, polite, and helpful. Her clients are always her number one priority. She helped me to not only find my home but also aided in all other areas of purchasing a new home. She assisting in finding and contacting inspectors, a mortgage lender, and all the other people involved in the purchase of a home. She was there to help and guide me through the entire process with lots of knowledge and experience. i would recommend her to anyone as a great realtor.
