Janie Tyree is excellent. She was very helpful in finding property for us. Not being from the area, it was great having an agent that showed a sincere interest in our finding the right place . Punctual returning phone calls and showing properties.

Odd experience. My Buyers Agent seemed to treat my serious land search like a "whim". In fact she said that to me in a text. She claimed I did not confirm my appt on Saturday, 8/8. I had given her a thirty minute time window to meet and was driving 1 hour and 45 minutes to look at land along the Jackson River. Honestly, I believe she gave the impression that she was doing me a favor, as my buyers agent. I hope she figures out this is unprofessional behavior. I canceled my buyers agent agreement with her today.

Janie was wonderful to deal with, I purchased a property that was very unconventional and she was extremely helpful in all the steps to move the process along. I would reccomend Janie to anyone purchasing property.
