I have the utmost respect and admiration for Janie not only as a realtor but as also as a human being. I felt she went above and beyond what I define a realtor to be and to do. She showed me the four homes I expressed interest in, and was patient as I reviewed what I had viewed the day of the tours. Her knowledge of homes in the area helped me choose a home and formulate my offer. When the closing was delayed due to a glitch at the settlement office and the paperwork held up in transit due to the Christmas holiday, she drove two hours one way to my current home to pick up my signed and notarized papers so that this sale would happen in a timely fashion! Janie is honorable and I felt she always had my best interest at heart.

Janie has been an absolute pleasure to work with in the purchase of our home. She is very personable and kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Also very quick to respond to questions, etc.! Loved working with her!

Janie is an excellent realtor. Her work with us, as buyers, was exactly what we needed and were looking for. She was very informative and full of knowledge on the area. She was upfront and honest with us. When we asked questions, Janie responded promptly and gave very helpful information. Janie also has a great personality. She was fun to search for houses with and worked well with us to find the perfect fit for us. I highly recommend Janie for anyone looking for a quality home and a positive experience during the search!

Janie helped my husband and I find the perfect home despite our very specific requests. She was always there via text, email or phone to schedule house viewings when we found anything we were interested in and that continued all the way until closing with any questions we had. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially first time homebuyers.
