Janet did a great job assisting us and guiding us through the listing and sale of our home along with dealing with the special needs we had. And this proved to be the case when we chose her to list our property. Her skills of discerning the market value of our home were a bullseye on our target. She knew our needs to sale our home quickly and she shaped the price listing of our home to maximize our market value while meeting our need of a strong, quick sale. Her resources are impressive as well. Janet listed our home on a Thursday evening. Showings started the next day and by the end of that first day we had a full price offer on our house that turned out to be the deal that was done in just a matter of a few weeks. We thought about going it alone but we're so glad that we didn't. Janet was able to guide us through the process as first-time homebuyers with dedicated service, vast knowledge, and a winning personality. It really felt as though a friend was helping us out. I can absolutely recommend Janet to anyone interested in buying or selling a house. Five stars isn't enough.

As a first-time homebuyer I barely knew what I was doing or what I needed to do - Janet was my guiding hand. She easily arranged things, kept me informed, and most importantly kept me calm through closing. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Janet is a wonderful realtor that will work hard for you. She helped my wife and I purchase a home about two years ago and then helped us sell that home at top dollar just recently. She also helped us purchase some land that we are going to put a new home on. She is hard working, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable due to her experience. We love that she is always willing to be there and go to bat for her clients.

She is wonderful she really listen when I was looking for a home and know what I was looking for she is amazing. Tens across the board??. I will but leave work with her again. I love people that actually do their job in love what they're doing. Miss Janet is that example??
