After spending months cleaning out my parents’ house, it was such a relief to have an absolutely smooth and consistently moving selling process. Nicholas and Janet have a keen intuition about offers, timing, and pricing. I didn’t have to worry about anything as I was made to feel taken care of with their top-notch knowledge and constant communication. They also saw the positive angles in an older home that needed some care for its quirks, and their instincts were spot-on when finding a good-fit buyer. This was everything! We were fortunate to make contact with Janet when we first started our RE search along the CT coast during the unpredictable & crazy Summer / Fall 2023 RE market. Janet was dependable, focused, knowledgeable and insightful. Janet offered valuable advice when appropriate and was always upbeat and fun. We successfully found the right house in a lovely area without undo stress or disappointments. We felt Janet remained very focused on the goal, moving it along nicely but we never felt the slightest pressure to proceed if we weren't ready.
