Janet did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our condo. His expertise in the market's geographic area was purchasing price while considering the future resale value for the area. Janet was very involved in all aspects of the closing. She was friendly, responsive, set up regular Tuesday check-ins, and always gave great advice.

Janet is a pleasure to work with. She is both honest and professional, and is always conscience of what's in the best interest of her client. She will give you an honest assessment of properties and will tell you both the good and bad things about each individual one . Her years of experience as a realtor and knowledge of the CT, and specifically the CT shoreline allows her to thoroughly understand the environment from both a buyer's and seller's perspective.
